1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999.
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Packaging
All items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us immediately.
